Sonoma’s Victory Station was presented with a Top Real Estate Projects Award in the North Bay, by the NorthBay Business Journal. The project developer is Fairfield-based McNeill Real Estate Services, Inc. Architect on the project is RMW Architecture & Interiors, San Francisco. Contractor is Devcon Construction, Petaluma.  McNeill Real Estate Services CEO Jose McNeill accepted the award at the 12th annual Top Real Estate Projects in the NorthBay Awards Reception held December 12th at the Hyatt Regency Sonoma Wine Country in Santa Rosa.

This is the third time out of four years McNeill Real Estate Services has been associated with a project winning an award from the North Bay Business Journal.

“Victory Station is a total team effort with collaboration and great support by all involved.  The timing of breaking ground just weeks after the horrible wine country fires and now making it ready for the tenants, providing jobs to contribute to the renewal of Sonoma County, is truly humbling.,” said Jose McNeill, managing member of Victory Station.

The Victory Station project broke ground last year at Eighth Street East and Fremont Drive (Highway 121) and is now in the final stages of construction. The 250,000 square foot industrial building is situated on a 19-acre parcel zoned M-3 (light manufacturing, R&D, warehousing/distribution, retail/office) located at the south end of Sonoma’s Eighth Street East industrial district. The building’s 22 truck-dock doors feature 28- foot clear height to permit stacking of up to four pallet-loads.
